The Woodland Hills Interaction Series (WHIS) started in 2013. The WHIS was created by library media specialist Kevin McGuire and instructional technology coach Jason Coleman with the goal of providing first-class interaction opportunities for students at Woodland Hills Jr/Sr High School.

Bookish in the 'Burgh

Bookish in the ‘Burgh is a festival in Pittsburgh’s Cultural District celebrating teen literature and encouraging lifelong reading by bringing acclaimed authors of teen literature and their readers together. The Festival aims to celebrate all things bookish through diverse and inclusive author panels and conversations, opportunities for teens to interact with their peers in a safe and fun environment, and book signing events for readers to meet their favorite authors of teen literature.
